Excellence in the casino food industry since 1986 serves as the foundation of Five B's foods and services and the company’s leadership team. Bonita Alexander, President and CEO, has an MBA in Strategic Management and is an experienced, innovative, and collaborative product management professional with over 18 years of experience in systems and design thinking with innovative solutions.  Roger Brown, Vice President, served 13 casinos in the Atlantic City casino market for several years as a minority-owned businessman before becoming a consultant to several meat companies for 18 additional years.
